
Oni Omoregie is the Business Funding and Advising Coordinator for Higher Purpose Co. He received his bachelor’s in sociology from Mississippi College, his master’s in sociology from Jackson State University, and is currently obtaining his doctorate in Public Policy and Administration from Jackson State University. He has a background in research and administration as well as finance. Oni’s skillset not only consists of the skills mentioned earlier but is also an avid reader and historian.
Oni began his work at HPC in January of this year. He works with members to help them improve their businesses on several levels. Be it business plan creation, accounting, or general business strategy; he is available to help. Oni Omoregie is a skilled administrator and advisor driven by a strong desire to improve the material conditions of black Americans. However, what makes him most happy is the knowledge that his work at HPC uplifts black communities and gives them the tools to better themselves through learning and capital obtainment. In addition to his commitment to aiding black communities, he is also known for his dedication to improving one’s mind and body through constant learning and fitness.
In his spare time, Oni enjoys reading, writing, and playing video games. After finishing his education, Oni plans to publish his writings in various formats. In addition, he is an animal lover and is the proud dog parent of a Shih Tzu.
