Food Vendor Interest Meeting

On March 4th, Higher Purpose Co. hosted its first Food Vendor interest meeting to set clear guidelines for food handling, vendor relationships, and health and wellness goals. The goal is to create a safe, sustainable, and inclusive food environment that prioritizes the well-being of participants and supports local businesses. Through a thorough vetting process, caterers are evaluated to ensure they meet HPC’s standards, providing selected vendors with increased visibility and promotional opportunities.

During our presentation, we discussed the purpose of the meeting, food vendor policy, emphasizing the importance of compliance with Higher Purpose Co’s standards for food handling and vendor relationships. Additionally, we highlighted the convenience and efficiency of the Bill.com pay system, which we have implemented to streamline and manage vendor payments effectively. In order to send an invitation to a new vendor, we require the business name, address, email address, and phone number for setup.

Higher Purpose Co. extends its invitation to vendors who were unable to attend the in-person or virtual meeting to submit their documentation by the March 18, 2024 deadline. Prospective vendors must submit the following documentation:
